Settings -> Edit profile, then paste into the name or bio field. Keep part of your name unstyled so people can still find you in search.
Channels and groups
Open the chat, tap the title -> Edit, and paste into the title or description. Admins see the change instantly for everyone.

Paste anywhere you type. Styled text survives forwarding, quoting and copying, because it is made of ordinary characters.
Questions
Is this really a different font?
No. Telegram has no font setting. Every style here is built from Unicode characters that happen to look like styled letters, which is why they keep working after you copy and paste them.
Does it work with Cyrillic, Arabic or Chinese?
Most styles cover Latin letters and digits only; characters they do not cover are left as they are. Strikethrough, underline, spaced text and all decorations work with any alphabet.
Will the styles look the same on every device?
Nearly always. A few older Android builds and some desktop fonts render rare symbols as empty boxes, so it is worth checking your bio on a second device before you leave it.
Can people still find me in Telegram search?
Search matches the actual characters, so a fully styled name is hard to find. Your @username never changes and always stays searchable.
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded or stored.
