What this bot does

Telegram Watchdog guards group chats from automated spam accounts. When someone new joins, the bot asks them to pass a CAPTCHA check, and accounts that fail it never get to post. Everything runs automatically once the bot has admin rights, so moderators do not have to watch the join feed themselves.

How to use

1. Start the bot in a private chat.
2. Press Set me as group admin and pick the group you want to protect.
3. Grant the admin rights needed to restrict and remove members.
4. New joiners will now be asked to pass the CAPTCHA automatically.
