User Tagger

What this bot does

Add the bot to your group and it will tag participants for you. One command mentions every member, another one pings only the administrators, and your own text can be attached to the mention so people immediately see what the message is about. The interface works in six languages.

How to use

1. Add the bot to your group with the «Add to group» button.
2. Pick the interface language with /lang.
3. Run /reload so the bot knows the current members.
4. Send /utag your message to tag everyone, or /atag your message for admins only.
