URL Uploader X
URL Uploader X is a Telegram bot that lets you upload files to Telegram remotely by sending a URL. Instead of downloading a file to your device and re-uploading it, the bot fetches and uploads the file directly to Telegram on your behalf.

Notes
Upload speed depends on the source server speed and Telegram's infrastructure. If a link is slow, you can use the Transloader bot to generate a faster mirror link. When the server is under heavy load, the bot may temporarily stop accepting new tasks; use /list to check the number of pending uploads before submitting a new one.
