Attendance Bot Free

What this bot does

The free shared version of a Telegram attendance bot. Add it to a work group as an administrator and employees clock in and out right in the chat: start work, meals, toilet and smoke breaks, other activities and off-work. The bot counts time and activities and sends reports to the group.

Features

• ⏱️ Clock-in — send text such as “Start Work”, “Eat” or “Back”, use commands like /work, /eat and /back, or tap the keyboard buttons that the group owner enables with !keyboard.
• 📋 Default activities — start work, back to seat, eat, toilet, smoke, other and off work.
• ⚙️ Rules — set time points, limits on how many times and how long an activity can last, and different shifts.
• 📊 Reports — daily report files at the reset time and monthly statistics at the end of each month.
• 🌐 Five languages — Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Thai and Indonesian; admins set one or two group languages, and each member can switch their own with !en, !zh, !vi, !th or !id.

How to use

1. Open the bot, choose the manual language and read the important notices.
2. Add the bot to a group with more than 10 members and make it an administrator.
3. Employees clock in with text, commands or buttons; admins send setting commands in the group.

The free version leaves groups with 10 members or fewer; a customized paid version adds more features and languages.
