What this bot does

Shop Bot (@shopbot) is Telegram's official demo merchant. It shows how Telegram Payments work end to end without charging real money: the bot sends an invoice for a mythical Time Machine, requests shipping and billing information and accepts a test payment. Real cards do not work here — use the test number 4242 4242 4242 4242.
