Shieldy protects Telegram groups from spam by asking newcomers to pass a captcha within a set time, kicking those who fail
Description
What Shieldy does
Shieldy guards Telegram groups against spammers and bots. When a new member joins, the bot asks them to complete a captcha within a set period of time. Members who fail to pass are removed from the chat. To start, add @shieldy_bot to your group and give it admin rights.
Key features
- Captcha for newcomers — choose the captcha type, set the time limit, and customize the button text and message.
- Greetings — welcome users who pass the test, with optional buttons, and auto-delete greetings after a chosen interval.
- Spam protection — Combot Anti-Spam (CAS) integration, automatic deletion of channel links, and an "under attack" mode that kicks all newcomers.
- Member control — trust or ban specific users, restrict newcomers to text-only messages for the first 24 hours, and ban or kick accounts based on Telegram ID.
- Skip options — skip the captcha for old accounts or users who have already passed it in another chat.
