What Tbilisi Rent Feed does

The bot collects rental listings for Tbilisi from more than fifteen sources — MyHome.ge, Rent in Tbilisi, FlipFlat, sublet channels — into a single feed. You set up a search once in the mini app, and every new matching apartment arrives as a Telegram alert, so you see the offer before it is taken.

• 🏡 Districts — pick any of the ten districts, from Vake and Saburtalo to the suburbs.
• 💰 Price and area — sliders for the monthly rent in USD, the minimum number of rooms and the minimum area.
• 🛋️ Interior filter — the bot analyses listing photos and sorts flats into basic, good and stylish.
• ⛰️ Floors and rent period — exclude the first or last floor and choose between long term and short term.
• 👀 Listing sources — search everything at once or restrict the feed to Telegram channels only.
• 🐶 Pets, property type and agents — filters for pet-friendly flats, apartments versus rooms and owner-only offers.
• 🔔 Instant alerts — a message the moment a new listing matches your search.

How to use

1. Send /start and open «New search» to launch the mini app.
2. Fill in the districts, price, rooms, interior and the other filters.
3. Save the search and wait for alerts — every new matching listing comes straight into the chat.
