What this bot does

OrgRobot moderates new members of a chat group. When someone joins, the bot challenges them with questions before they can take part in the conversation. It also offers lookup tools for checking a Telegram user's public groups and the approximate date their account was registered. The project keeps its instructions in separate documentation at tgdev.io.
