OpenInfo Bot is the Telegram bot of the Unified Corporate Information Portal (openinfo.uz) run by Uzbekistan's National Agency of Perspective Projects. It lets you browse what companies on the Uzbek securities market have disclosed.

Features

  • 🏢 Issuers — browse and search companies. Each card shows contact details, tax ID, exchange listing status and financial indicators such as assets, net profit, ROE and ROA.
  • 🏫 Brokers — a list of brokerage firms with their licenses and a search.
  • 📗 Material facts — the latest disclosed facts, such as board changes, securities issues and affiliated-person updates.
  • 📘 Reports — annual and quarterly company reports.
  • 📙 Prospectuses — prospectuses of JSCs, banks, LLCs and privatized enterprises.
  • 🔔 Subscriptions — follow issuers to get notified about their new disclosures.
  • 🌐 Three languages — switch between Uzbek, Russian and English in Settings.

How to use

  1. Start the bot with /start.
  2. Pick a section from the menu or use /facts, /reports or /prospectuses.
  3. Open a company card and press Subscribe to follow its disclosures.
  4. Change the language in ⚙️ Settings.
