Mention Mirror

Purpose

A mirror copy of the MentionBot service, kept as a spare for chats that need a second instance. It works the same way: a message containing #admin (@admin) reaches the administrator team, while #all (@all) reaches every member of the group. Access to both triggers is configurable per chat.

How to use

1. Invite the bot to the chat and keep it among the members.
2. Run /settings to define access rules for @all and @admin.
3. Type #admin or #all in a message to raise the alarm.
4. Use /cancel to stop an unfinished mention run.
