What it does

Staff Group is the official companion bot of the Group Help moderation service. It connects a private chat of your choice to the groups you administer and turns that chat into a shared staff room, so the whole moderation team works from one place instead of jumping between communities.

Once the staff group is linked, reports, requests and administrative actions from every connected community arrive in the same chat, where any admin on duty can pick them up.

How to use

1. Set up your communities with the main Group Help bot first.
2. Create (or choose) a private chat that will act as your staff group.
3. Add this bot to that chat and give it admin rights.
4. Send /help to open the official setup instructions and link your groups.
5. Handle incoming reports and moderation requests together with your team from the staff chat.
