What this bot does

Channel (@channel_bot) is one of Telegram's official service accounts, introduced together with channels — the platform's tool for broadcasting messages to unlimited audiences. It historically greeted users whose apps did not support channels yet, and today represents channel identities in various places across the platform, for example when admins post as their channel.
