What this bot does

CAS Ban Checker (@cas_ban_bot) checks users against the Combot Anti-Spam System (cas.chat) — a database of accounts banned for spamming that many Telegram group bots rely on. Forward any message from a user, or send their Telegram ID, and the bot tells you whether the account is CAS-banned.
