Temporary Email in Telegram: Disposable Address Bots

Published July 13, 2026

Temp mail (a disposable or temporary email) is an address you use once and throw away. It comes in handy whenever a site demands an email you'd rather not give: one-off downloads, forum sign-ups, Wi-Fi portals, free trials, or anything that will inevitably start sending newsletters. Your real inbox stays clean, and the spam goes to an address that soon stops existing.

Telegram bots make this especially quick: there's nothing to install and no site to remember. The bot gives you an address and shows every incoming message right in the chat, so confirmation codes and verification links arrive where you already are.

How to get a temporary email in Telegram

  1. Open one of the bots below and press Start.
  2. The bot generates a temporary address — copy it.
  3. Paste the address into the sign-up form on the site or app.
  4. Incoming mail appears right in the chat — open the confirmation code or link from there.

Bots to try

  • Temp Mail — disposable temporary emails with an email history and language and support settings.
  • DropMail.me — generates disposable addresses and receives incoming mail right in Telegram, no sign-up needed.
  • MailTemp — free temporary addresses and disposable inboxes for signups and testing.
  • Tap Mail — temporary addresses with a built-in mailbox that keep spam away from your real inbox.
  • Hide My Email — free permanent email aliases: messages arrive in Telegram, and you can turn an alias off anytime.
  • push.tg — disposable addresses with mail delivered to Telegram, plus sending via API, group notifications, and a Chrome extension.

A few things to keep in mind

Temporary addresses expire, and on some services the same address can be issued again or its inbox may be readable by others. Never use temp mail for banking, government services, or any account you want to keep — if you lose the address, you lose the account. For longer-lived sign-ups that you still want to keep away from your real inbox, aliases like Hide My Email are a better fit: they're permanent, and you can switch one off the moment it starts attracting spam.
